LAB89 FOUNDER DECODE — PROMPT 3 OF 5: DECIPHER

================================================================

Below are my raw answers to a Founder Decode. Turn them into a
Vision File using the Lab89 structure at the bottom of this prompt.

THE ONE RULE THAT MATTERS
Preserve my language. Do not tidy it, do not upgrade it, do not
translate it into marketing English.

The value in these answers is the odd phrase, the half-finished
sentence and the description that does not fit the category,
because that is the part nobody else in my category can say. A
summary sands off exactly the thing this exercise exists to find.

So:
- Quote me verbatim wherever the structure allows a quote.
- Where you must paraphrase, mark it [paraphrase].
- Never replace one of my words with a more professional one.
- If I said something contradictory, keep both and flag it. Do not
  resolve it for me.
- Add nothing I did not say. If a section has no material, write
"Not covered in the Decode" rather than filling it in.

ALSO DO THIS
At the end, list separately:
- Any phrase of mine you think is the single most usable line in
  the whole document, and why.
- Any place where my answers contradict each other.
- Any question I answered thinly, so I know where to go back.

OUTPUT — use exactly this structure

# [BRAND] — VISION FILE
**Source:** Founder Decode, [today's date]

## THE FOUNDER'S VISION — VERBATIM
Two or three direct quotes from my answers that carry what the
brand is for. Quotes only, no commentary between them.

## THE GOLDEN QUESTION — VERBATIM
The question, then my answer in full, unedited.
Then one short note: which words in that answer are the ones a
customer would actually repeat.

## WHAT THE BRAND IS
One paragraph, built only from what I said.

## THE FOUNDING INSIGHT
The thing I believe that the category does not. One or two lines.

## THE DREAM CUSTOMER
My description, quoted. Then, separately and clearly labelled,
who I said is actually buying today if I mentioned it.

## THE CORE BELIEF
The argument underneath the product, in my words.

## WHAT THE BRAND STANDS FOR — THREE PILLARS
Three, each with a one-line explanation. Drawn from my answers
only. If I gave you material for two, give me two.

## WHAT THE BRAND SOUNDS LIKE
My own description of tone, quoted, then a short practical
translation of it into how to write.
Then: what the brand never sounds like.

## LANGUAGE SYSTEM
**Use:** the words and phrases from my answers worth building on.
**Avoid:** the words I flagged, plus any word I used that belongs
to the position I said I am trying to leave.

## WHAT IS MISSING
Sections with no material, and the questions worth revisiting.
